Mission Statement of the
Law and Development Public Association
The Mission of the Association is to promote development of civil society, support human rights and freedoms protection, as well as ensure rule of law in Azerbaijan.
To achieve the mission, the Union has the following objectives :
• Educative work for increase of public’s legal knowledge;
• Support to legal and democratic reforms ;
• Legal protection of constitutional rights and freedoms;
• Development of legal culture;
• Learning of democratic values and their promotion;
• Development of suggestions for improvement of the legislative system;
• Support to development of democratic institutions, including local self-governance institutions.
