FREE LEGAL AID

Law and Development Public Association provides free legal services under project of Improving Social Rights Awareness & Protection in Azerbaijan within program of EU-UNDP project “Enabling civil society to play a greater role in advancing the socio-economic rights of vulnerable population” for the targeted vulnerable groups understand their rights, legal framework ensuring those rights and thus can take action to restore any human rights violations.

Legal aid:

• Oral and written legal consultancy;
• Explanation of legal norms and extracts from legislation;
• Preparing applications to state authorities;
• Preparing applications and complaints for administrative bodies and the courts from illegal decisions and acttions (inaction) of officials and administrative bodies;
• If necessary, the applicants will be represent before the courts;

The notary costs, state fees and advocate orders will not be paid by Law and Development Public Association.
